Sun Support Espeon
As per usual, my post is going to be more of a short essay on the metagame, as opposed to a simple set. You don't like it, then this isn't for you.
In the OU metagame, where play is dominated by rain and sand, sun teams leave quite a small impact. Unlike the pleasantly diverse options both other forms of weather offer, pokes that benefit from the sun are extremely predominant in offense, with a vast number of Chlorophyll and Solar Power pokes to abuse it to increase their speed or offense, or simply pokes that can abuse the increased power of Fire type moves. Thus, I have found that Sun teams have two common aspects that can seek improvement. For one, they often possess a weakness to entry hazards and the like. Especially whilst competing to keep your weather dominant, Ninetales has to often forfeit 25% of his/her health upon switching in due to SR, making it difficult to keep the sun shining. Moreover, the majority of Sun-abuse pokes has rather sub-par defenses. Outside of Heatran, most Sun pokes have trouble taking a hit. Thus, I have found Espeon to be a rather ideal solution.
Espeon (M) @ Light Clay/Leftovers
Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 240 HP / 236 Def / 32 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Physic/Pyshock/Hidden Power [Fire]/Hidden Power [Ground]
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Morning Sun
Pretty basic Double-Screen Espeon, but it certainly get the job done. The choice between Light Clay and Lefties is somewhat minor, but usually Light Clay is preferred, that extra turn might always make the difference. Morning Sun offers Espeon exceptional recovery in the sun, restoring 2/3 of it's Hp. The attacking option is much more a matter of preference. Psychic and Psyshock both receive the stab boost, though Psyshock is more effective in checking Chansey/Blissey. Hp Fire allows Espeon to beat Ferrothorn in a 1v1, in addition to receiving a boost under the sun. However, considering the problematic Sun team killer known as Heatran, Hp Ground is also quite viable.
Good Day ._.

49th. Have you ever considered making sets for smogon? You could be a pretty nice user on there
However, I don't like smogon ._.
Anyways, your knowledge of the metagame could take you high.

That sounds like a lotta work though ._. And then people might start expecting stuff of me, and I hate having to live up to expectations :/ I'd rather just sit back and hope that other people figure this stuff out, and I'll throw in my two cents if I feel I need to
or get bored, whatever comes first I guess
