Pokemon Scramble

This game is really simple. All you have to do is figure out the clue and unscramble the name of the pokemon. Once you've done that, then you post the answer and another clue and pokemon name scrambled!
**!!EXAMPLE!!**
This pokemon is the entire games staple.
Kcipahu
The person who knows the answer would then post:
------------------------------------------------
Pikachu!
This pokemon was abandoned in the Kanto Region.
mcaehnrdar
------------------------------------------------
The next person would post
------------------------------------------------
Charmander!
...and so on.
------------------------------------------------
Unscramble this!
GET BACK IN YOUR POKEBALL!
Ycuspkd
Good Luck! =D

Its Psyduck. 1. I unscrambled it. 2. In the anime psyduck always comes out when Misty wants a pokemon and then shes like GET BACK IN YOUR POKEBALL!

Okay. To clarify. All you have to do is post the name of the pokemon. The clue is to help you figure out what the pokemon is. After you unscramble it, you need to post another clue which tells you what the pokemon you scrambled is.
For Example: I posted "GET BACK IN YOUR POKEBALL! ydsukpc"
Say DarkDarkrai guessed it correctly He would put: Psyduck and then another clue and scrambled pokemon like this

This pokemon foretells of disaster

Now lets give another clue:
To get this pokemon, its Pre-evo must level up with a certain Rock-type move
Myenaag
