Gyarados (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Bounce

It is best to leave it a female, because people generally use female pokemon to use "Attract" and Gyarados is immune to that, since It's a female.First use "Dragon Dance" to power up Gyarados's speed & attack, then depending on the opponent, use either "Stone edge","Waterfall" or "Bounce".If you come across an opponent that Receives normal damage on all the moves, and If Gyarados has at least 3 quarters of health left, use bounce, since Gyarados has leftovers,It'll heal while in the air,but watch out for "Thunder" and "No guard" ability Machamp! With the right moves, they can easily defeat Gyarados.People often use Torterra to counter Gyarados, but since Torterra is partially a ground type,"Bounce" hits super effective! You can also use a good Baton Passer and give Gyarados so much power, that it can 1 hit K.O. any pokemon(trust me,I've tried it).

My two cents here are that purely offensive DD Gyara are very difficult to run effectively this gen, and if they do, it's a must that their moveset is Waterfall/Bounce/EQ/DD, as they aren't beating Rotom-W anyway. Gyara needs either Bounce, Taunt or Sub in order to actually manage, especially with the increasing popularity of NP/Tinkerbell Celebi, and even then it greatly appreciates hazard support from the likes of Ferro and Roserade. Jus' sayin' though.
