Latios rawks the awk on!!!

My latios is beeeaaaast
Ultimate (Latios) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 255 SAtk / 255 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Psychic
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
Combo: Its known for its Life orb, And Stalls with its moves
Ultimate (Latios) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 255 SAtk / 255 Spd

- Surf
- Psychic
- Ice Beam

Great set 
A few nitpicks though, since Dragon Pulse's coverage is very redundant to Ice Beam's and you already have Psychic for STAB, I would suggest changing it to Surf or Hidden Power [Fire]. And Life Orb is another option for Wise Glasses as they only give a negligible boost and Life Orb could net you some key OHKOes or 2HKOes.
