For those of you that want to challenge me, you must have beaten all of the Gyms and the Elite 4 and must message me on the server before challenge.
You may NOT have any of the following on your team:
Items
All items that increase Evasion (BrightPowder, Lax Incense)
Moves
All moves that increase Evasion only (Double Team, Minimize)
All instant OHKO moves (Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, Sheer Cold)
Baton Pass
Abilities
Moody
Moxie
Drizzle + Swift Swim on the same team
Species (Absolutely No Ubers Allowed)
Arceus
Blaziken (With Speed Boost)
Chandelure (With Shadow Tag)
Darkrai
Deoxys-A
Deoxys
Dialga
Giratina
Giratina-O
Groudon
Ho-Oh
Kyogre
Lugia
Manaphy
Mewtwo
Palkia
Rayquaza
Reshiram
Sharpedo (With Speed Boost)
Shaymin-S
Wobbufet
Zekrom

***Update: I can declare a new tier if I wish. (For Example: For some battles I might change the champion battle from standard Wifi/Dream World to an Ubers tier or an LC tier, so be prepared with a variety of teams to take on any tier I put forth.)

When you say ______ is not allowed, do you mean that YOU can't use it as well? Because if that does, HELL YES. I've only lost to you when you're using drizzle+swift swim >

Well, I most certainly have to follow my own rules, otherwise that wouldn't be quite fair.
