I suggest putting descriptions, first of all. But lets get started

I would put payback instead of dig, because Umbreon isn't that fast, and it gets stab. I see passing Work up is what you are trying to do, so I suggest maybe putting Wish somewhere. It makes it live longer so it can start passing easier. Put lefites on it, really. Quick Claw is banned in most events.

Psychic and Psyshock are rather redundant together, I would put either Calm Mind or Substitute over Psychic. Otherwise, its pretty good.

Scizor looks OK, but I would really want you to test this and see how it works.
Scizor (M) @ Iron Plate
Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 240 Atk / 20 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Swords Dance
- Roost
Roost lets it set up easier, and you don't need much speed if you are going to use bullet punch. Skarmory and Rotom-W are its main threats, though. So be careful, use U-Turn to stay away from them. You could also try bug bite for technician, but I like U-Turn better.

For seismitoad, try making it more bulky. I would want to Toxic Stall the pokemon out, so the EVs could be 128 hp, 252 special defense, 128 defense.You could also try giving it rest over venoshock, and sleep talk over HP Ice, but that's totally up to you!

For tyranitar, I would try mixtar. It goes something like this, but there are different variations.
Tyranitar (M) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Superpower
- Ice Beam
- Fire Blast
- Stealth Rock
You can really play around with the EVs, but you want to keep 252 sp atk. It breaks ferrothorn and skarmory easily, which makes it better for Scizor to sweep.

Glaceon looks cool (no pun intended) actually. You could consider changing to froslass, but that's up to you.

Its a pretty unique team, to be honest. That's my opinion, and I will get 49th Parallel to help, if he wants.
