Sprite Contest

If you dont know how to make a sprite, heres what programs and sites you need to do this
PokemonElite2000
Paint (if you cant find it on your PC, on the search bar, search Paint)

Maybe Watch some tutorials on youtube, because i cant describe anything but those.
The Catagories are:
Free Spriting,
Tough Pokemon
Latias + Latios
Cool Pokemon

i dont recommend paint lol paint.net is better
