Klinklang you know it you hate it! ;D
Moveset:
Gear Grind
Shift Gear
Frustration(too lazy for return XD)
Protect
Evs:
Max Attack
Max Speed
Remaining health
Nature:
+ Attack
-Sp Attack
Item Focus Sash
Strategy...
His speed and attack are impressive HOWEVER his moveset is very limited...He has access to Shift Gear which is awesome
When i was searching of a sweeper i thought Cloyster... Sub Crusher but his Gear Grind is good too but bad accuracy. Protect is in there cuz i didnt know what else...
People whom hate him... Pretty much Latios AND any Sand User.
Now you know copy it as a sweeper... You know you wanna ;D

Bro, I'm digging that you're putting up some of the more outlandish stuff, I respect that. However, assuming that Klingklang can function in a metagame filled with Steel types is a little bit of a long run. Sorry, but he can't really be played effectively unless you completely focus your strategy on his sweep (ie. Magnezone/Magneton to remove Steels, extensive Spikes/SR support, etc.)
On the other hand, I have hand quite some success with Klingklang in LU, I have him on a team that has thus far put me on page 2 of the Beta Server's Wifi LU tier (still working on it, but still pretty good ) Anywho, it goes a little like this:
Klinklang @ Leftovers
Trait: Plus
EVs: 88 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Def / 156 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Gear Grind
- Return
- Shift Gear
- Substitute
As much as I'd love to give him Clear Body, that would make my team DW, so I have to wait for now Anywho, the strategy is pretty basic, simply use Shift Gear and proceed to sweep. With the given EVs you can outspeed a Scarfed Base 105 pokemon, which is basically the fastest thing you will come across in the LU metagame. Substitute allows you to block status ailments, and can often help you accumulate an extra Shift Gear now and again. Gear Grind is his obvious initial stab, allowing him to break subs as well, with Return allowing him to neutrally hit Electric and Fire types.
Cheers ._.

I just might have to give that set a try 49
But he's right, Klinklang really has no niche in OU (or UU for that matter) over the other Steels. He's got to have one of the most restrictive movepools in the game right now, and that makes him really easy to predict and play around. The surprise factor is what allows him to be used to some effect in LU, but don't expect to see him too much in the Standard metagame.
